October and November 2015 have been my biggest publishing months to date. I have around 25,000 words published across three WellBeing publications this month and am busy writing more.

I've also been interviewed by Ayurved Sutra on how to become more compassionate and loving through yoga.

I love writing so much, and sharing ancient wisdom teachings through the craft.

Imagining the WellBeing Yoga Immersion weekends...


You feel rushed, a little apprehensive, then enter a space that has been so beautifully, meditatively prepared, filled with indelible intentions for your own exploration, that you relax. As you enter, you start to let go and listen to soothing sounds of yoga music as it flows through your ears and into your heart, softening you while you look for a space to call home for the weekend amongst others that you haven’t yet met. I smile at you, chanting softly, then bring you an oil to soothe your marma points and clear your energy. You roll out your mat. As you take a breath in, you breathe a sacred scent from the oil and another from the love altar; a divine scent from ancient times, welcoming and nurturing your senses.


Kids Yoga

I have been gifted with mothering. My two children are amazing little beings of light, and I love being mummy to them. They can also be incredibly challenging, like all kids can for their own parents. My kids remind me to grow, stay young enough at heart to play, treasure and get lost in the simplest of moments together, and find beauty in life no matter how busy a day can get. I love my children and I also love yoga. I love practicing on the mat alone, but that’s another blog.


On Feeling Sad

Sadness can sometimes grip you, can’t it? Do you find it’s easy to focus on what’s negative in your life, and deeply focus on it to the point where you are way beyond melancholy?


Spiritual Community Circles

In WellBeing, issue 155, out now, you will find my article, Creating Spiritual Community Circles on page 76 - 80. If you haven’t yet experienced a spiritual circle, I urge you to read this article and seek the sacred connection that awaits you in the company and safety of sacred circle.


The Yoga of Self Acceptance

Does your kindness for others include kindness to yourself, or are you much harder on yourself than you are on others? Do you place unrealistic demands on yourself that you would never expect anyone else to live up to, yet berate yourself for not doing enough, being enough, being good enough when you fail to meet your own high standard?


Vastu for Love

Do you see Love as a spiritual quest in life? Look around your home, feel into the space. Does it feel emotionally warm to be at your place? Is it nurturing, safe, non-judgemental, and is love freely expressed and received? Can you drop into the space and truly relax?

Who is Kylie Terraluna for the WellBeing Yoga Immersions?

Here’s a little about me, to help you understand where I come from and what kind of yoga teacher I am for the WellBeing Yoga Immersions.

The word, ‘wellbeing’ is another name for happiness, and every word I have ever written for WellBeing Magazine has been and continues to be an act of pure love. It’s a written form of yoga teaching for me, whether I’m writing about yoga, or spiritual circles or sustainability, it’s all yoga. These Immersions are the live component of years of printed articles, and more than that, they too are an act of love. 


Yoga for Conscious Living

Living consciously with yoga is a process that awakens you to how your reactions from old programs in the mind are no longer supporting you and need to be turned off. Old programs need to be replaced with more affective ones for an empowering life. Yoga teaches you to observe your reactions, practice detaching from them, knowing you can recover from the past and replace these things with joyous peace through the practice of yoga.


Yoga for Eating

A yogic lifestyle joyously involves every aspect of your life and eating is no exception to yogic joy.  


Yoga for Sex

If you are following a yoga path - living more consciously, embracing ahimsa (non-violence), aiming for sattvic (pure) interactions of peace, love and intimacy - has this translated into more meaningful sexual experiences for you yet? We live in a society that cheapens sex, advertising wants to get into our pockets through our pants and makes light hearted fun of sex. Even health research propounds the need for more of it for better health. Yet no sex is better than bad sex, don’t you think?
